power window keeps coming off track!

power window keeps coming off track!
My window keeps coming out of its track in the front. A while ago the motor was going out and at one point it came out of its track and my girlfriend forced it down. I just replaced the motor 3 days ago and it was working fine untill today where it came off track in front again. Any suggestions? I was thinking window regulator now but im not sure. What else could it be?

Could be faulty run channels. Don't know what year your car is; but, here is a TSB:
