Default Window motor or track?

One of my windows has trouble going down, it goes down a part of the way then gets stuck and needs a little pushing till about 3/4 of the way to get it completley down. But rolling up it has no problems. Is this my window regulator? or what?
thanks

seems to me that it would probably be the track. You may need to lubricate the tracks. See if that works, as it's the most common problem. I just had to slip my driver's window back into it's front track the other day. I asked about it here and go the problem solved in about 10 minutes.

Make sure that you do try to lubricate the window track, because the resistance will cause the motor to break the metal rope that runs through the assembly. My windows kept slowing down on my Accord, and it eventually broke since I had the window rollup option on my alarm. The motor will work fine, but the track slows the thing down even though the motor keeps pulling

Trust me, prevents you from buying a $150 new one.
