Default !!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!

My crank turns but stops. It won't turn continuosly. What does that mean? Somebody help!!!!!!!!

The compression wont let you do it by hand, its really hard to turn it that way.

We're going to need some more info tho on your cars year, model, engine, and modifications ont he motor.

how are you trying to turn it? if with a socket on the crank pulley you might have hit tdc on one of the cylinders. To make life easy remove all 4 spark plugs and try turning it over by hand if the motor still will not turn all the way over then you have a bigger problem

I thought the spark plugs had something to do with it! I'll try it. Thanks! Its a stock D16Z6. I was trying to find TDC and put on timing belt.

Or just pull the spark plugs out so the compression moves in/out.

Figured it out. Whoever put the camshaft on put it on wrong. They didn't even put a cam seal on it either.
