You could have a vaccum leak. Take your intake off and with your hand cover your throttle body completely while the engine is on and if it doesnt die out you have a vaccum leak.
ok if that wouldn't work what would be another solution but thanks for that cuz someone before said it might be a vaccum but i forgot to check it
Check all the vacuum nipples on the intake manifold and make sure they are connected to the right components.
I you have an FITV on that engine make sure it is connected and working properly.
Unplug the IACV and let it idle, it should maintain a 450rpm idle without it, if it dies, you may want to clean your PCV valve. If it is higher you have a leak, and you will need to ensure all your vacuum hoses are connected correctly.
