Default bouncing idle will not go away!

I just replaced my IACV with a brand new one, no vaccuum leaks to my knowledge. This is a B16a in a CRX. Could the idle screw have something to do with it? I noticed a couple weeks ago all the sudden my CEL came on and the car was throwing 5 codes. I checked under the hood and that screw was totally missing, so I replaced it with a new one and threadlocked it, and everything seemed fine except the same shitty idle. Could the adjustment of that screw be the culprit? What happens is the car will idle stable, but too high and then start bouncing. I don't know what else to check. Thanks.

Make sure the screw is adjusted, and definately check your PCV valve, good luck.

Thanks for the tips. My ITR manifold eliminated the FITV. Is there any problem with that, like is the stock computer designed to work with the FITV even though it's not electrical? Also how do I adjust the screw correctly?
