help with ac gut out ..
i want to get rid of all ac wiring and everything for it but want to keep air and heater. i have looked all over this site and cant find a thing . so you dont even have to tell me just give me a site thanx alot
You need to discharge your system, then remove all the hardware in the engine bay.
Lines, condensor, drier, compressor and fan.
The wiring should be easy enough to find, it's attached to the compressor and A/C fan, just keep following it back to the firewall and into the cabin. It clips into a connector under the evaporator.
Under the dash you need to remove the evaporator, replace it with a straight-tube from a non-A/C model CRX or hatch. Or you could just remove the evaporator core and seal the case back up. You should get a service manual and see where all these components are if you don't kinow.
