As in title really the intermittent just makes them go 1/4 way up the screen and stop. Then you have to do the one wipe action to get them to move.

Even on the one wipe mode and fully on I have to stop them at the bottom. If I just turn them off they stop as soon as the switch is moved.

Any ideas?? Oh its a UK spec EE9 civic VT, with B16a as standard.
