What do you guys think of my build so far...

B16 head
B18B block
Type R Cams
Stock B16 valve springs/retainers
ITR or CTR pistons (not sure yet)
Balanced Ls crank
Ls Rods
Arp Head bolts
Arp Rod Bolts
Skunk 2 Intake Manifold
B16 tranny

I'm hoping to get at least 175 whp with a good tune. On crome maybe. But i have 2 questions... 1) With this setup what will my compression be like? I would need it to be able to run it on pump gas. And would those oem pistons bolt right up to the ls rods? Thanks

 

Run P30 pistons because they will fit your LS rods with no modification and give you around 11.5-1 compression in your setup.
