Default Quick distributor question

Could I use an OBD1 distributor with an OBD0 ECU/ wiring as long as I re-pinned it so all the wires matched up? The reason I ask is because I can't find any cheap OBD0 dizzys in my area, but I've found a few cheap OBD1s.

Thanks

OBD0 and OBD1 are not compatable. I went through the same thing when I did my motor swap. I tried to use an OBD0 distributor on my OBD1 ecu and it wouldn't work. Hope this helps.
