Default Will a b16a head (1 st gen) bolt on to a b18c block (USDM) ??

Does this head (1 st gen) bolt up to the block (b18c) without any machining and if it does anyone one what the compression ratio might be ???
Everything going into a 90 RS

yes it will. But remember if you use the b16 head, you need a b16 or ITR intake manifold, due to the different intake bolt pattern on the head.
