Not sure why you would need an 18 inch wheel. the stock NSX wheels are 15 front 16's rear (1991 NSX) I have a 92 Accord and am putting the NSX calipers on the front and 15's fit just fine.

He doesn't need an 18 inch wheel, but from his other thread I think he said he had 18's.

you need something bigger then 17s and all years nsx calipers fit you just need i think a different kind of bracket to bolt on i think its the 23t but dont quote me on that
