real old vid. Guy wasn't paying attention, looked up and thought he had to stop immediately pulling his e-brake swerving into the other lane. She was on an r1 in full gear and the helmet cam. Apparently he had no insurance and also blamed her for the wreck. The vid was shown to the cops and they got him good. Though I think without the vid he would've been found responsible cause there were just too many witnesses and there was just no way she caused that accident.

lol thats ridiculous. reminds me of this guy i was riding with some months ago. he had just started riding, had a 05' ninja 500 and wanted a bigger bike because his was slow. funny things is, he wasn't reving past about 4K RPMs. he didnt know that the bike had more power at higher RPMs. about an hour later the guy hits a deer. I was right behind him, i stopped fast enough and i think he could have to accept he thought he would stop faster if he "Locked up his rear break" I later got into trouble because the 25ft skid line on the road said we were going over 40mph which I said we were. !@#$
