t04b i take it was on a DSM? i believe a t04b would be to small for an rsx to be honest.

t3/t4 is to small for the k20a2 and if the t04b is just a tad bigger then it'd still be small. Our motors create more energy then the other series. people thing t3/t4's are big but on an rsx they are to small. What's the a/r on the t04b i can tell by that if it's to small.

t3/t4 is the average size turbo for the k20a3. I'm a complete newb when it comes to boost, but why would that be too small on the k20a2? Because of the compression ratio difference?

no, not because of compression ratio it's because how much energy our motors create. Because the K series is so much different then the other series due to VTC. Since they added VTC to our motors we create a lot more energy then any other series and a t3/t4 is to small. a deciding factor in which turbo to get is a/r, displacement, trim size and rpm.

Ahh gotcha. Thanks for the info man. Yeah I'm not planning on boosting. That'd be too much for me honestly for a daily driver.

Hopefully the OP gets back to you with that a/r on the t04b before he goes and buys more parts for it that he can't use.
