spacer for t4 housing?

spacer for t4 housing?
i have a gt35r .82 and i got a precision .68 t4 housing for my 35r and when i put it together the CHRA still spins. is there suppose to be a spacer in there? im pretty sure its like a 2 piece metal spacer right? where can i get one ASAP. i need it fast!
