Default compression test on my b16

i cant figure out whats wrong with my motor. one day it just started backfiring and having real trouble running. i checked my timing. i just did the compression test and it came back 208 210 185 206.....the motor has been sitting for a while becuase it wont run. it doesnt make any strange noises but will occasionally backfire and have a lil smoke come out the intake......help me please

yes the check engine light has been on i dont have the vtec wired at the momment so its throwing codes for the selonoid and pressure sensor or switch

What color is the smoke?? also what computer are u running?

the smoke is kinda white/blue....and the computer is for a obd0 b16a, im not sure of the correct code or name for it

same thing happened to my b16. When pushed it i had white bluish smoke. End up being bad rings.

did a compression check it was 195 190 150 155

#3 is the problem. probably bad ring just how SiB16A said above.

there is no smoke out of the tail pipe its coming out of my intake only when it hiccups

thanx for the suggestions keep em coming, car wont stay running unless i keep my foot on the gas..... and i put oil in the lower compression cylinder and the compression test was the same leading me to believe there is no problem with the bottom end
