USDM Civics don't have DRLs. Canadian Civics do.

I was under the impression that it's the law to use them in Canada.

I would actually like to have them, but I'd need all the parts to add them to my car.

There is a daytime running lights control module that you can remove/unpin WHT/RED is the daytime power wire, it is under the driver kickpanel above the keyless entry module and below the cruise module.

Wow very interesting. So the Canadian EM1 has DRL's? If so what would I need to put those headlights into my EM1?

There's nothing special about the Canadian headlights themselves. It is a difference in the wiring that enables the DRL's. I think you're confusing DRL's, (headlight bulbs that come on at reduced brightness when the car is running) with city lights (separate low-wattage bulbs that are used the same way USDM parking lights are).
