Default Whats missing here? JDM B16a in 94 Civic HB

I just purchased a civic with the JDM B16a, this guy looked at it and told me I was missing somethings relating to the throttle body and pcv "system" (I have a hunting idle) However I am not exactly sure of whats missing. He mentioned something about a bracket for the throttle body is all I can remember. Could anyone take a look and help me out? thanks!

That formed metal hose that leads right to the valve cover is the air inlet line for the PCV, take some hose, remove that broken clamp part, and clamp/slide a new piece on there. The blue valve directly below that in the picture between runners 3 and 4 is the PCV valve, it would be a right angle valve and the right angle part of it needs to have a hose run to the intake manifold, there should be a vacuum port on the front of the manifold for that.

That loop hole on the throttle flap should connect to that vacuum diaphram just to the right of it, it mechanically adjusts the idle air. Is that diaphram vacuum line hooked up?

EDIT: your vacuum diaphram is not hooked up to a vacuum source and it also is not connected to the throttle flap. And the other end of that metal pipe near the intake pipe is the feed line for the valve cover, that needs to be hooked into the intake pipe. (well it doesn't have to be, you can throw a filter on the opening on he valve cover if you want, but make sure it is sucking clean air.)

The other line is for the IACV located on the back of the manifold, this valve has two coolant lines on it, the one pictured is the return line, there is another line on that valve that feeds the IACV from the block. (or a nipple in the water tube)
