Rebuilding Engine
First of all what caused the piston damage? You might have further damage inside the block.
The condition of the block needs to be verified to see if a rebuild is possible, if the walls are scored up from metal flying around, you will need sleeves. The condition of the head also needs attention to see what all hit the valves and chamber.
A complete stripping of the block, rebore, new oil pump, bearings, and oversize pistons is what I would do if the condition of the block/crank/rods are good.
