Default speedometer moves/car doesnt. Transmission/clutch problem please help

Here is the problem. 95 del sol si. Pulled out my tranny to replace the thowout bearing release fork (it was cracked). I have a stage 3 clutchmasters clutch and clutchmasters flywheel with 25k on them. Replaced the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. Now upon completing the job. I put my car in reverse and gave it gas, the speedometer increased in speed but the car didnt move. I put the car in 1st gear and gave it gas, the speedometer increased in speed but the car didnt move. Put the car in neutral and gave it gas and the same thing happened. With the car in neutral at idle the speedometer reads 5 mph, press in the clutch and speedometer goes to 0. With the engine off, any gear i put the car in I can still push the car like it is in neutral. I have though about this alot. Came up with a few ideas. I dont just want to pull the tranny out until I can narrow it down. I live in Germany and cant just go to the parts store, i have to order online. Any ideas will help.

Did you go check or are you assuming that they are in?

I had a similar problem where my clutch wouldn't engage and turned out, my passenger axle wasn't all the way in.

One other idea is the possibility that the splines on the mainshaft of the transmission didnt line up correctly with the clutch and ate the teeth up on the clutch. Bump for any other ideas because when pull the tranny out again I want to have all of the possible damaged parts on hand and ready to put in.

then the speedo wouldn't be moving, it's your axles.

really, check your axles. If your speedo is moving your diff is turning.

It was the axles, weird. They locked in when I installed them. They must have popped out when I torqued the axle nut. Thanks for the help.
