camber adjusting coilovers?
i was reading about the ksport coilover setup and it says they come with "pillowball" upper mounts on the MacPherson strut type models EP3, RSX, ... and come with adjustable camber plates. my first question is what are pillowball upper mounts as opposed to top hats. and my second question is are there a brand of full coilovers for integras that adjust camber without having to install a camber kit? thanks in advance for the info. links will be fine if there is already a post about this i just didnt know how to word it in the search to find anything helpful. thanks again and sorry if these are dumb questions.
Pillow ball upper mounts are not anything different between Mac and Double Wishbone struts. A pillow ball is just a spherical bushing, usually made out of urethane in the case of most aftermarket performance applications. You can have pillow ball mounts for just about any Honda shock.
The camber plate is not something that can be done on a double wishbone setup, because camber is controlled by a separate arm, as oposed to the position of the spherical bushing. You'd have to cut some mighty big holes and do a little reengineering to make Mac camber plates work on your double wishbone setup.
