Washer pumps are attached to the tank by pinching them in there, they slide out, and are easily visible if you remove the front bumper, there is a two pin connector down there that floods with crap (because Honda decided that dielectric grease is better than a water tight connector....) Check that and give the pump a small bang with your hand, they can be tempermental....

If you pull back the fender liner enough to get your hand in there you should be able to, its right up front.

I've heard those little hood spoilers are great at reducing bugs on the windshield.

k i checked it, the plug was a lil nasty and i could see all the dielectric grease inside, it was all old an splitting an ****... i blew in the plug an a lil bit of nasty dirty an stuff came out so then i smacked a lil on the lil pump, plugged it back in an nothing still... when i pull the lever forward it doesnt even make any noise or anything, but the lights on my dash dim a lil so i kno its sending power through the system...

Yea, its as easy as pulling off the connector (its not tanged, it just plugs in) and pull up on it and it will slide right out. I know for sure that the 92-00 pumps are the same (replaced my bad 2000 pump with a 94 dx one.)
