will a b16 head bolt up to a zc 1.6 dohc block????

I believe you can do it. But it takes a lot of custom work to make it fit and such. At the end, it's not worth it.

The most typical option is using a D-series header with slightly modified ports.

What are you having difficulty understanding?

Many ZC owners use a D-series header that has had the ports slightly modified to better match up with the exhaust ports on the ZC's head.

Oops, you're absolutely correct. I misread the original post, and mistakenly saw "header" rather than "head". My apologies.
