I would only go like 20 or 30 over if I were you. cuz if the engine over heats and it warps your block then you cant bore over anymore.

get these pistons http://www.crower.com/cgi-bin/...455-4 and bore it to size them, shave some metal off block (for better compression) get a stage one or two camshaft (if you go with stage two you will need beter springs), get an adjustable cam gear, headers, some form of better intake (not turbo because these are high compression pistons, you will blow your engine if you combine the two) an MSD distributer with an external coil so it gets good spark, and maybe some other little doo-dads of your choice. If you do all this you could get like 75 more hp and your throttle will be really snapy and will be quick off the line.

hopefully this was some good advice, this was all just my personal opinion. This is was I was planning to do to my motor before I had a bad wreck. If you need some links for all this go to Jegs.com or summitracing.com, summit has better prices. and for the camshaft go here http://bisimoto.com/wst_page17.html they have camshafts for the D15 non-vtech. and just a little info on camshafts, dont get a stage 3 or Level x because those are for mod- full out racing and you will not be able to idle with those, it will make your car idle around 3-4 RPMs, they could also damage your engine. just stage 1 and 2 will give you amazing results.

if you want to do anything to this engine, do a mpfi swap first.

Level 3 and X cams are hard core, and you need a TPS based engine management, or carburetors to idle well with those. Call or PM for details.
