I currently own a precision sc61e turbo on my ls(b18b1),yes I know it spools really late, for what people are telling me.But was wondering have any of you guys have them in your 1.8 liter stock sleeves b series motors. Also can you please tell me what it full spools in and,or what you guys put down,I don't want to ditch the turbo for something smaller, but I think the thing wouldn't spool on my ls(b18b1) opinions please.
Thanks

That turbo is capable of a lot of power....if you're on the stock engine, which you never specified, that's maybe an alright turbo for you...if you're built, that would be a good turbo depending on your power goals

Okay but my concern is the spool time
I just hope the thing spools with the b18b1 motor, I have has also a b16 tranny. My buddy is like your going to full spool at 5500.

If you already had the turbo, why dont you see where boost at and see if you like it or not. From most of dyno graph on b16,b18,build B series I see they all boost around 4500rpm and full boost at 5.5k-6k depending on exhaust size, engine size, and how high boost. The Sc61e is a good turbo for top end pull from 60mph and up. For a low mph run, you not gonna like this turbo much. I currently run this turbo with 400hp, 300tq and it sucks ball down low; after you get some speed, it pull like a monster from 5800rpm to 9k. It really your call for what you want, if you have the money, get gt30r turbo. You like the boost response and some top end.
