Default Why such big differences in fog light prices?

I was looking over the weekend at some websites to purchase the fog light kit for my 2003 accord ex coupe. I saw some for 300+ and i saw some for 40 bucks ... Why is there such a change?
both come with two fog lights, the harness, and the wiring kit for each light.. but i'm guessing the light bulb itself is what makes the price different?

Is it worth getting OEM over fake?

.. what type of differences might arise from going the cheaper route?

well it would help to link what you're looking at

walmart ones obviously are going to come with cables, etc but will be made shittily.

full OEM ones shouldn't be a full 300? maybe you're looking at HID equipped aftermarket ones?

Like someone already said fake vs. OEM
Here is another good example: Dodge Neon and BMW M5, both are cars, have four wheels, and are able to get you from point a to point b, so why is there such a big difference in price???? ))
I think You get an Idea of why.

I know quite a few people with 'OEM style' fog lights from http://www.jdmshit.com and they love them.
