Default bad spark plugs??

I've pull my spark plugs to have a look on them today since i've noticed a small loss of power at high rpm the past few days.
The tip and the ceramic part around it was dark brown color, they looked like a solid piece, and the plugs on cylinders 2 & 3 had a little oil on the threads but not on the tip or on the top side.

My motor does not burn any oil, not more than the regular anyway, and there is absolutely no smoke from the exhawst.
The last time i change them i had Denso platinum and the color was light grey wich is fine, and i change them for NGK laser platinum (i believe thatsthe oem plug for our h22) the ones i have now.

I know that when the plugs are black it means the the motor is runing rich and when the color is white is lean but i never seen a brown plug before.
Is that normal?
