I'm trying to do a little planning about what I could do with 7k, I know I want a hatch/swap but I'm on a limited budget and I'm not sure if I will even go through with it. I'm brand new to what engines will bolt directly into what car,if I would need a mounting kit, etc... Could you experienced hybriders make me a list/plan of what I could get with 7k including the cost of the car, engine, and anything else I would to to it. Sorry, I might sound a little odd but I'm on sleep deprivation right now and need to get some sleep. HAHA, wtf did I just say in that last sentence !?!? Any help at all is greatly appreciated!

do what i did. look for one with a swap already done.

or, (what i was gonna do) find a 92-95 civic cx or vx hatch, or any hatch. the motor and tranny bolts in, and you just have to run like 7 wires for the vtec

i've never built a car liek that, but thats what i've heard is all that has to be done
