Well I was driving (beating on the motor some) yesterday and I turned into my friends neighborhood then all of a sudden it acted as if I ran out of gas but like I ran out REALLY fast(i have 1/4 tank left). So I go to start it up again and it acts like it ran out of gas... I
just boosted it like 3weeks ago and never upgraded the fuel pump.... AND i know my fuel gauge works.... SO I'm 98% sure its my fuel pump, but then again I guess I would ask yall.

 

May want to try Forced Induction forum too. Not sure, but it kinda sounds like fuel pump. wait for somebody else to respond.

 

can you hear the pump priming? since you're only at a 1/4 tank try sticking a funnel in the fuel filler neck and listen while someone turns the key to the "ON" position. if it doesnt prime check the fuses and main relay, if those check out ok then replace the pump which is a good idea regardless since you said you haven't already.

 

It does sound like its priming, but I go to start it and also tap the gas the CEL comes on
but only when I tap the gas (I know, I know its fuel injected but its still some sort of sign right?) lol
