Default Timing belt change, tune up advice.

I'm soon due for a tune up since my car has 77k miles, so can you guys give me some advice what I should do?

12341-PR3-000 GASKET, HEAD COVER
14400-P72-014 BELT, TIMING (126RU26)
14510-P30-003 TENSIONER, TIMING BELT
14516-PR4-A00 SPRING, TIMING BELT ADJUSTER
19200-P72-013 WATER PUMP (YAMADA)
31110-P73-A01 BELT, ALTERNATOR (MITSUBOSHI)
38920-P73-013 BELT, COMPRESSOR
56992-P72-004 BELT, POWER STEERING PUMP (MITSUBOSHI)
90026-PR3-003 BOLT, TENSIONER

is all this needed for a timing belt change?

what else should I do? how much would a decent tuneup cost? I'm trying to buy my own parts and have a mechanic do the work since I don't have time and own any tools....

what about the cam seals? might be a good idea to change those out since youll have it all out anyways, pretty cheap too.

77,000 miles, and you're doing your timing belt already? Wimp, I waited until 100,000, turning it to redline at least 2 dozen times a day.

<--- Crazy bastard.

Just playing with you, continue on with your plans, it's a good mileage to do it. And yes, get up with Len for killer pricing.

You are nuts! I just did mine at 56,000 Miles ... but the car is a 98 .... 9 years old. I was getting the car ready for the track and didn't want to take chances.

Those belts have a shelf life!
