Default Aito Flywheel Stuck? wont turn over

si i bought a 92 honda civic hatchback the other day the car didnt run but i got it for cheap,

when you try to start it it did npothing but click so first thing i thought was starter,

took the starter off took it to autozone, had them check the starter to see if it was good or not, and they said the starter was bad,

so i bought a new one put it in and now when you try to crank it over it makes this clank sound (hard to describe) almost as if the starter is trying to turn but somethings not letting it? what could this be? any way of diagnosing this problem?

any help would be greatly appreciated thaks

Maybe the motor is seized. Take a 17mm bolt and try to turn the motor from the crank pully.

Motor has probably siezed up. Pull the plugs and try turning it over by hand again.

well i finally broke the motor loose, i went to the store got some oil, and filled the engine, removed the spark plug wires and turned it over a couple of times to make sure oil got throughout the motor,

while i was turning it over i heard clanking noises coming from the engine then it locked back up

then i got out the car to put the spark plug wires back in, and i saw oil all over the floor, i got under the car to see where the leak was coming from and sure enough there were rips in the oil pan,

normally i'd say oh ok needs an oil pan but the rips were coming from the inside out as if something had hit it internally

anyone know how to fix this? LOL im jokin anyone wanna buy a shell?
