Default Re: Starting problem (04civiclover)

check your battery dude... could be weak enough not to crank it over, or just have enough juice to crank it a couple times, then die. even if it does crank... it might not be enough to get it to start up, had the same problem in a CX motor of mine...

wouldnt start... wouldnt start... it'd turn over slowly... and sometimes not at all... thought maybe it was the starter, acted just like you said... like it wasnt actually turning the flywheel, but was a good starter... but if it wasnt turning the flywheel, you'd know, those bolts would be loose, and that thing would flop all around and make grinding noises, if it makes a noise like its spinning really fast, and not touching the flywheel... then its your starter.... but i threw another battery in it and it started right up for me..

check your battery first, and if that not be the case, i have 3 starters if you need one and im in salem

good luck
