best way to remove seized bolt- rear camber kit install
are either of the bolts stripped? I'd spray on PB Blaster or Kroil before trying anymore to get the bolts out; then lightly tap on either bolt with a hammer to let the fluid seep into the cracks. Make sure you're using a 6 point socket, not a 12 point, cause you'll strip the **** outta the bolt.

Are you using an impact wrench?
Deadblow them with a punch and hammer, like ke98248 said. Don't have a punch? Use an 3/8" extension or some rigid piece of metal to 'shock' them loose.
You can also try a quick tight-loose-tight-loose series with the impact.
Heating them up is another option. Heating them up, from what I understand, does something similar to what deadblowing it does. The bolt heats up and expands a little which causes that 'shock'.

the general idea, as sum1 else may have already said, is just to break the bond between the two parts... with heat > expansion & contraction < on the 2 metal parts u should achieve this.
