hey i got a 99 civic dx i was wondering if it is posable to add a/c to my car. how much does it cost. where can i get it done.

 

i dont see why you couldnt and i have no clue how much or where at... what motor does it have...what does the drive pully look like??

 

It is possible. How ever plumbing all the line through the car, if there not already there, is going to be fun! fo A/C though

 

you can do it, its just gonna be some work

 

It's like they say, "if you have to ask...". It can be done but it's more work than it's worth. Better to sell your car and buy one with A/C. It may cost a few to several hundred dollars to do that, but it will cost more both in terms of money, and time/ frustration to convert your car.

Unless you've done it before, and understand all that is involved, forget it.

 

unless you can do it yourself or with some friends, that will probably cost way more than it's worth. but, if you can get parts at a junk yard and can pull it off yourself, do it.
