Default Pistons for ls/vtec

i am rebuilding my ls/vtec setup after a spun rod bearing,my whole bottom end is no good,so i have a new block am i just not sure what the best choice of pistons would be i was running b16 pr3's before, they are ruined now.i was looking into jdm p30 pistons or itr maybe

heres my setup
b16 head,cams,valvetrain all oem
b18a1 block,stock bore,ls rods and crank

also with the type r pistons wont the rods have to be reduced 1mm?

not to thread jack, but will the jdm oversize itr pistons work fine in a b20 block, without any block mods, since it has a larger bore?

My friend built an LS/vtec and used both PR3 and P30's. They both work very well and will work with stock rods. You don't have to machine anything for them to work with the rods.
