Default Starts up Slow and more

Recently my d16y8 will start up slow in the oddest way I've ever seen or heard. You'll just put the key in, turn and crank and when the car starts, it picks hugely slow up to the idle speed. It takes almost a sec or two to get the car to idle. Almost like slo mo of hearind and watching a car start up. Everything sounds good, but it's just so slow. Reason I'm asking is because the other day it did it about three times while I was going places in town. What could this be? I've done a complete tune-up two months ago including an oem fuel filter, dizzy cap/rotor, spark plugs and wires, pcv, etc. It actually did this before I changed all of this stuff.

And another thing. I'm experiencing bogging while going up in rpm's. Never constant but always different everytime. Feels like a mini version of when the a/c kicks on and off while driving. Is this something related to the problem above as well or what?

I've searched as much as I can and couldn't find anything about what I'm experiencing. Help guys!

Mine did the same things you have just described, but was fixed when I did my tune up and found that the old #4 plug was loose. Since I have replaced the cap/rotor + plugs/wires with OEM parts and set the timing it has not done this. Starts up fine and idles great, and no random bogging.

What do you mean #4 plug was loose. Was it the spark plug wire or the spark plug itself. I know torqued them down to spec and double checked everything. Running NGK G-power plugs
