Default Chipping a P13 ECU

Recently I put a 93 H22A1 VTEC into my 91 Accord.

Stock P13 ECU, rev limit 6200...

can i chip the stock P13 ECU? Which chip should I use?

I've read about swapping it out for a p28, any ideas on this?

Unless you have any Internal mods, I wouldent raise the stock rev limiter, its there for a reason
