t3 super 60 and a b16?

i was gonna do sohc-t but may just go with a b16 cause i found one locally. the turbo is a garrett t3 super 60 with a .48 exhaust side. my guess is that it would run out of steam up top. am i right?

mount it on a stock manifold, in the rear just behind the motor, dont intercool it, put a stealthy heatshield over it, and no one will be able to figure out why its so fast.

It might do okay untill 8000 rpm but I kinda doubt it.
