Ipod Connects and No-Go.. what am I doing wrong?
I just got my Fit sport, and an Ipod Nano. Wife bought me a 7' long cable with 3mm male connectors on either end (Monster Cable). Plugged it into the AUX jack, started a song, and nothing at all from the FIT stereo. It goes into "AUX" mode automatically, so it is sensing that something was plugged into the jack.
Why no sound?
Why no sound?
try a different cable or..
try a different ipod or..
try a different Fit/car w/ AUX jack...
because you arent doing anything wrong.. thats all youre supposed to have to do.. plug it in.. and play the song.. turn up the volume..

use some headfones to make sure sound is comming out of the ipod. sometimes it doesnt. then connect it to the car without turning it off. make sure both the ipod volume and car volume is up. i usually have my ipod volume on max while controlling it through the headunit.
try it in another car also.
if you still get pissed off...... dealership time
