2ND gear trubble?
The acceleration has cut out on me a few times, and it is usually in 2ND gear. I think it happend once in 3RD. It does it only when I give it full throttle, and it feels like the fuel shuts off completly around 7k rpm. I have had it for about four mounths and this has happend maybe five times. Its an 2000 with 30,000 miles. Does any anyone have any idea? Thanks
You have to let your car warm up before you try and redline it. When it's cold you haven't built the oil pressure you need to switch to vtec so it stalls. Just let the car warm up to 3 bars and you should be fine, but wouldn't be a bad idea to change your oil too.

you should always let your car warm up before deciding to beat on it.
