Default Before I do Clutch work (advice)

OK so whoever read my previous thread about some rattling noise coming from font end which kinda sounds like metal clunking. It turns out to be either release bearing or pressure plate related problem.

The reason why I say that because the rattling only happens when the clutch is engaged. Meaning I can rev the engine as much I like in neutral and not hear any rattling. But as soon as I put in gear and rev, you could hear the rattling.

Anyways, the clutch was done about 5k miles (7000 KM). What I wanna know is should i replace the whole clutch or fix the bearing/pressure plate problem??

Also, I will be doing this by myself. I'm noob but if I have the service manual in front of me, then I don't think it will be that hard.
Any advice and special tools that I would need??? I will be doing this next week....so suggestions and advice are welcome...

thnx

Well if you are going to take the preasure plate off you will need clutch alignment shaft, torque wrench and a set of 12 point sockets.
