Default ::no bar end:: can i ride like this?

I've never tried it and im too lazy to take mine off so im here asking the Q:

Im getting all my stuff together for my track day (Saturday 14th) and im really thinking about getting some clip-ons to replace my upright/dirtbike style bar. my forks are the same size as the F4i so im thinking about going with some woodcrafts. do i really need bar ends? i hear that it makes the bars vibrate more and can even cause slapping in some cases.

so many people (including me) use woodcraft/vortex/etc. clip-ons without any issues. don't sweat it. there are grips to help alleviate vibration.

I ran my SV for a few months 60+ miles everyday without bar ends and had no problems. I used oversized Oury grips with made it very comfy!!!!

My bar ends came off while riding my f4i, i never replaced them. I really didnt see any big difference.
Seemed to ride fine!
