Default Installing Catch Can and stripped a fitting on the back of block....HELP!!!!

I don't know what to do anymore...I'm going insane!! I had a helluva time trying to get these two fittings off. I got a breaker bar today and was able to get one fitting off but now the other one is stripped. I tried using epoxy to mold in the hole but that didn't work and now I'm getting really frustrated because I'm running out of ideas! Please help!!!!

So you strip the allen wrench shape to a circle huh? I did the same too. Just weld that bitch to a nut and take it out. Came right off. Heat will help too. Don't know if you have excess to a welder though.

If it doesn't come out though, is it possible to drill it out or even find another place on the block to run the line OR just run one line??

Try a Torx bit of a bit bigger size than the 14mm hex.

If you can't get to a welder, a little jb-wled can go a long way

I'm JB welding the key right on there as we speak and I'm going to let it cure overnight most likely. I was stupid and tried to take it off with just a ratchet last night. I bought a breaker bar today and the other came off like magic but this one was too stripped already. You live and you learn I guess.

Theres no way JB weld will hold. It will just sheer off in 1 second, you'll see.

True that!

Welding a nut there will create enough heat for it to come off easier. I have done it with a impact gun and no luck. Even try the breaker bar but just shread it round. Last resource was welding it and it came out.

It is looking like that is what I'm going to have to do. I don't have any welding equipment so I have to see if my coworker can weld one on for me. *fingers crossed*
