Default D16Z6 Mount Broken TO DO or NOT TO DO

Straight to the point I got a block off a friend and everything is fine except that on the DRIVER SIDE mount the two screws that hold the mount to the MOTOR not the FRAME ONE....One of the holes inside the block casting broke(the one closet to the bottom and the other one ON TOP was stripped THEN Retapped Using a Bigger Screw. Should I run it with that ONE BOLT or should I FIX IT and RUN bOTH...Also isnt the block alum.?:? How could I reinsert Alum into the block to make a new hole because the hole that wasthere with the thread cracked in half so its missing some alum off the block .The motor was drivin like this for about 2 weeks with nothing major...(the block itself does not have problem just the mounting mount
