No, you'll need endlinks and D brackets.

And really you need a subframe brace because a swaybar can and will tear out your subframe.

what about a stock 99-00 sway? Those should bolt up just fine?

stock integra (non-r) will not hurt the subframe at all
With the proper mounts and links, you would be good to go.

The em1 bar is 1mm smaller than the teg bar. It does, however, have the proper links, and if it comes with D brackets you would be all set.

Neither makes a huge difference in handling....some, yes...but nothing spectacular.
