why did that happen after a while did i not put on enough coats.???
this starter when the car would get wet at night humidity and the hott cali sun would strike it down.??
how can i prevent this from happening cause i like that color on my ..??? than

Most primers absorb moisture. That may be surface rust. If you want olive drab paint, buy some.

swll when i was sanding the paint would come off before the brown did.

Basically you don't know what your doing. That type of primer is designed to condition and protect bare metal. It is not good to expose that primed surface to the outside elements and constant moisture. English would also help.

^^^ Right! Paint and Primer are not the same thing. Paint is designed to be exposed to the elements, primer is not.
Same goes for the mooks who use basecoat instead of flat or satin paint.

you been inhaling fumes? primer does not protect against moisture.. it absorbs water.. causing rust.. you need to use paint if you want to prevent rust..
