Default which sparkplugs?

I went to buy some blkr7's for my c5 which is all motor and i got another set for my girls RSX-S , do the b series and k series use the same sparkplugs?

use the same ones as stock. NGK IZFR6K-11

the rsx uses the plug aformention in the post above mine... anything else is the wrong thing to use.. we havent found anything else that works better yet. but plenty of things that work worse.

just inquiring because i've never worked with k series, and know little about it..we're doing all motor on both my car and my wives, however the problem was the spark plugs haven't been changed since the car was made.."seriously" so we're trying to get it up to date just did a oil change and it just touched 68k so we were doing a tune up..just making sure ngk's..thats all..i only use ngks.
