Default walbro pump issues

has anyone ever had a pump that still pumps fuel but not at a high rate ... i still cant get my car to start ... k pro is good to go ... injectors are spitting fuel ... checked all the injectors harnesses with a noid light ... car turns over normally ... i have ignition ... coils are good to go

what happened was my built turbo rsx died coming home from a 4 hour drive on the highway ... all of a sudden it just bogged out ... no power at all ... after being on the side of the highway for a while i banged on the fuel tank with a hammer while i had a buddy turning the car over ... it slowly bogged for a bit and started running for about 30 seconds ... after that it died and i had it towed to my driveway ... now i havent checked what my fuel pressure is ... is it possible for the pump just being faulty and not giving enough pressure for the injectors to throw fuel far enough into the chambers ? you can still hear the pump working in the tank when the key is turned to run ... like i said the injectors are spitting fuel ... maybe just not enough pressure????

Do you have inline filters installed after the pump or is everything stock, as far as fuel filtration goes? Sounds kinda like a clogged filter. Pump could have blockage in the tank too.

everything is stock on the fuel system besides saturated rc 750 cc inj and a walbro 255lph pump ... what do you mean by a blockage in teh tank? on the fuel pump filter itself? or whaa? now another issue is getting to the frigin pump .. i unhooked the harness and the clip for the line under the back seat ... hammered off the seal just cant seem to get the whole plastic peiece of of the tank itself so i can get to the pump ...

If there is enough crud in the tank it could create a blockage at the pump. Stronger pump has more potential to vacuum **** out of the tank. This is all just speculation though. If it were me, I would go through all the components of the fuel system and double check everything.

I'm not familiar with the removal of the fuel pump in the RSX. Someone else may know better. Does the tank have to be dropped to access it?
