and if you're just swapping heads from d series to d series in your civic, it probably would be pretty useless...unless you're trying to get vtec, but that would only be a waste of time/money/work.

What other head would you want to put on it? You've essentially got the best one that's worth having. Sure, there are better d-series motors, but it's not worth swapping for the negligible gains.

Let me guess, you were hoping a b16 head would work?

hell yea...lol well the person i bought the car from says its only running off of 2 cylinders ...of i figured i should just replace the head cylinders...is that the rite thing to do ?

Find a longblock locally and swap it. Just make it easy and get one for the same car you have.

Also, it running on two cylinders could be anything.
