Default Check Engine Light

I finally got the 2000 Si doors on my 1999 Dx Hatch, I had to repin the front and rear of the floor harness but it works, I have all my lights working and it runs. The only problem is now I have a check engine light that stays on after the car is started. Anyone have any ideas? OTHER THAN taking it to the dealer or an auto part store what can I do? ( the power locks don't work and the power mirrors aren't connected either, not sure if that helps any... just the windows are hooked up and running)

Anyone know how I can get the drivers door handle off of the dx and onto the si so that I only have to have one key? I DO NOT have the key to the SI door.

All ideas welcome, the car is running now atleast...

whats the code for the check engine light???? Also, you can swap out the complete handles, or just swap out the locks...either one will work
