Accord Feeling Sluggish with AC on...
Latley, my 95 lx has been feeling pretty sluggish. When I accelerae, I noticed my needle does not move smoothly, but its barley noticable, and my car shakes when my AC is on, espically at red lights, I can feel it "shivering". I know my Rear Motor Mount probably needs replacing, it was about to go bad last time I checked, it looked almost cracked, but I couldnt really tell.
Would the rear motor mount be the problem? Or is it a combo of things? Or is it just it being 115 here in the middle of the day, and my car is struggling to keep the AC going?

The A/C Compressor robs power from the engine to get it going & moving, as does the power steering etc...
Rear Motor mount could be responsible for the shaking also, however, you might wanna check some plugs and wires, they are also a cause for vibrations. You could also invest in a stabilizing kit to smoothen out the engines power band, and distribution.

It has 139K miles on it right now. I only feel the bad shaking/vibrating when I am idling, is idling at like 800 rpms normal? Not sure if that had anything to do with it.
I was considering sea foam.. I checked my spark plugs and wires, everything looks good, not sure exactly what to look for though.
Do I just put it in the Gas Tank? Or do I need to put it in the injecotrs and stuff too?

With plugs and wires, you just have to make sure they are sparking, i.e. get some to turn the key, and check one plug at a time to make sure they are getting consistent spark.
